The deluxe version is definitely the best option for us, as our last Motorhome hire was the standard version. The point of difference for us was the 175 litre fridge rather than the smaller version on the previous Motorhome. The ensuite , albeit still quite tight, was heaps better as well, as was the electronic retracting bed. We felt the bed was hard, but got used to it, and something to think about was the bed edge being very sharp on its wooden edge, we bought a pool noodle and split it and laid it over it to stop the bruises from getting off the bed.
Couldn’t fault the vehicle for comfort and workings BUT the mattress and bedding spoilt the whole experience. Our first night was a nightmare. Mattress so thin we could feel the coils and the doona also was paper thin. We were so cold we slept in tracksuits. Second day we had to find somewhere to buy extra bedding (no mean feat in the centre of WA!!) Considering the cost for 6 days this was really disappointing
Great vehicle. Was easy to drive and set up. Awning design allowed awning to be put out in less than a minute. Having the rear ensuite with seperate toilet and shower made life very easy compared to the combined shower over toilet seat.
As a 1st time motorhome user I had to learn as you go so will be so much wiser in the future, being prepared is everything. Great way to holiday.
Perfect campervan for a trip round the NT. Great condition, easy to drive, air con, large fridge, comfy bed that stores up on the ceiling Also the 2 main staff in the Darwin office are absolutely amazing, so helpful, professional and go over and above to make everything perfect.
Very good vehicle
Easy to Drive. Well set up inside, lots of room to move around in.. Very comfortable. Any problem solved quickly via the help line.
The vehicle was excellent and deserved a higher rating. However we had trouble with the bed after the first 5 nights, we could not lower it more than a foot and as a consequence we had to spend a night in a motel. That was on a Sunday night, on the Monday morning we spoke by phone with the depot and they were able to pinpoint the problem and it was easily rectified. We are contemplating going over to New Zealand early next year, and will look for a similar vehicle for our travels over there.
Was fantastic, we love this campervan especially the seperate shower and toilet, great that the bed lifted up out the way too, we totally enjoyed our holiday and would hire it again
Great camper, was everything I’d hoped for. Let’s Go did a great job preparing it and was organized well.
