True Price Promise.
We don't want you to have any surprises when you book your campervan. That's why every Discovery quote gives you a
true price, guaranteeing you won't be hit with any extra charges later on.
Depending on which package you choose, your
True Price Promise quote may include the following compulsory charges:
- Stamp Duty
- One-Way Fees
- Location Surcharges
- LPG Gas Refills
Our True Price Promise gives you the security of knowing exactly what you're paying for, making your campervan hire experience simple and stress free.
What will we do?
Provide you with a total price for your campervan holiday, including the daily rate and any extra compulsory surcharges.
True Price Promises that your final corrected* total will be the same as we originally confirmed to you for those exact details, or we will refund you the difference.
(*once any branch charged errors have been reversed)
All branches have surcharges on credit card payments of between 1.8%-4.5% which will not be reflected on your confirmation or form part of our True Price Promise.
