Very comfortable and the amenities were what we required. The showers and toilet cubicle is small, so don’t expect to be able to stretch out in there, but after a full day exploring there is nothing better than to freshen up in your own ammenities. We were travelling at the start of NT build up, and free camped about 40% of the time. As it was still humid and hot, I would take a 12 volt fan for the bed area, or better off, one should be provided. Another bonus would have been a self contained barbecue, but we managed with the supplied ones at every stop we came to. Fuel averages at 14lts per 100klm. We travelled 5200 klm overall. The sweet spot for those longer runs for fuel economy is 112 klms if you wished to be frugal with the diesel use. Overall, we were happy with the motorhome, and very happy with the handover and presentation of it from the Let go staff, (Robyne) in Darwin.
The Renault van we used was perfect! Very comfortable!! Great cab, great kitchen and sleeping facilities...
Great space
Excellent easy to drive and set up
The lowering bed is brilliant but could cause problems in older people due to mobility, also my wife did manage to fall out!, thankfully with just bruises. Perhaps a question should be asked at the time of booking. All other equipment was excellent, TV, Aircon both in cab and living area especially. Our vehicle was almost new and gave no problems in four months. A few more instructions (TV, Satnav, Microwave, Control Panel-the one in our book differed from the newer model) would have been helpful but this is meant as positive feedback and not in any way a complaint. The vehicle itself was very easy to drive with plenty of power and could maintain a good cruising speed for long distances, which is essential in Oz if you want to see the country properly.
Very good, very comfortable and easy to use
Fantastic vehicle
Very comfortable Motorhomes. Everything you need to have an amazing adventure.
Vehicle was very tidy and very comfortable
Great Vehicle - very spacious and self contained. Alistair at Brisbane office was great with instructions. We had to use the phone support for something minor and it worked very well. It was a great experience all round. Thank you !
drove well,comfortable
Very easy to drive, great fuel economy, plenty of power to keep pace and overtake if required. Parking in towns was that that bad after I got familiar with the vehicle Excellent vision on both sides and reasonable at the rear. The layout of the campervan was very good, easy to move around, good storage storage space and all the appliances were great. It was the first time we tried a campervan and finish up being very impressed.
Comfortable and economical
We enjoyed the 2 berth camper is was small enought to get around and not to worry about parking. Very comfortable with plenty of space.
Bed formed from seat squabs was extremely hard. Suggest providing a topper pad. A little disappointed in the level of equipment provided, eg no wine glasses. Unfortunately we were involved in an accident, not our fault. The claim process has meant waiting for a portion of our bond to be refunded, which is a bit slow. However the branch manager has been helpful and tried to get this sorted as soon as possible.
Nice to drive, though need to be traveling at almost 110kph to get into top gear for fuel economy. However got 13.5L / 100k which is average for that sized van. Really appreciated the precise steering and a wheel at each corner for stability. Pop up table a good idea, but difficult to get around in that you have to push it sideways to get in and out of the seats. Everything else worked well, though limited grey and black water storage made staying in caravan parks the best option.
Amazing! We had such a fantastic experience in the camper. Very easy to drive, pretty spacious inside, lots of storage, kitchen equipment was easy to use, quick and easy to set up, bed was a bit hard but no big deal. Nice to have screens on the windows and doors, the awning was great too. Overall a great experience!
Everything worked fine. Driving was a pleasure. Also the amenities worked well & the initial instructions were very compressive.
Vehicle was brand new, so in great condition, with only a few teething problems. As only my disabled daughter and myself using, and if we were not in a family group with assistance available, I would have found some things difficult to handle alone. Such as putting up and down the table for bedding; connecting and using the waste system under the vehicle. Fuel consumption was very good, though seating not the best of comfort for long driving periods.
It was great. Had everything we needed.
The motor home was great. I should have got one with a seperate bed though.
