Few things broken with van but generally a very high standard.
The best companion/house for travellers. Equipped with all the necessary things, we had no problem whilst travelling.

The truck was great for two people had plenty of cupboard space and very clean.This was out second truck we have had,last year we went to a 6 berth.
The Ultima was an ideal 2 person touring vehicle. It was well designed and the interior layout was extremely functional. Modern, comfortable, easy to drive and very economical. We averaged over 9kms to the litre over our 2 week trip.
Vehicle was great, everything fine.
Please try to use a better upholstery for the bed. It is a bit to soft.
the tube for the waste water was to short for nearly all power sites.
Great vehicle, loved all that was in the package, except the bedding.
Love you to offer a egg shell mattress for this vehicle, or you can have this mattress as a rental item?
Great, Bed a bit hard for me. Not much room if you have wet weather, but we had dry. Great to drive

Had some problems with the plumbing but these were sorted at broome
booking process very good,my vehicle was a Maui as i qas up graded, only fault was the door to the shower and toilet was hinged to far across and I could not fit into that area
the van was lovely and clean and well presented, however the shower was very small, and very uncomfortable to use...
the cupboards for the pots and pans often slid open in transit.more storage?
A bit too big! Check-in could be better

excellent fuel economy,a bit low powered at times going up some of the steep hills but not too bad in overall power
Vehicle was excellent,easy and comfortable to drive, not one problem all the way,also light on fuel consumption. definetaly the right choice of campervan,perfect for 2 people.

Loved it. But crockery holder in cupboard too weak and water pump very noisy. Remainder was terrific.
The vehicle drives well and has plenty of power to climb hill.
I would recommend this vehicle for a holiday up to a week as any longer you would need to hire a bigger vehicle.
Comfortable and very efficient on fuel, only paid $170 for about 1250kms of very hilly & windy roads. The shower is VERY small as you would expect. We found it had lots of storage for luggage and other stuff. We had to replace our pillows as the ones provided were terrible! Everything was clean. Does not have a dedicated bed so found it was like sleeping on the couch.

We are from Denmark, and it was the first time in a campervant.
It was very good, an every things was o.k.
Vehicle was great. Had to call out breakdown once as it would not start.
Nice Camper with some great details (toilet/shower, tv, microwave, outside bbq, airco), however, as the camper can only transport 2 people, it was a bit too big for us (3m high, 7m long!).
It is a great car with a lot of room and very spaces bed.
The toilet and shower came in handy when we were at remote places without any facilities.
The Mercedes Sprinter uses Diesel fuel which makes it more efficient and cheaper to drive than a vehicle that uses normal unleaded fuel.
Vehicle was in very good condition and clean. Most things were in working order, we spoke to the girl on the checkin desk about a few things, which she has noted.
Love this vehicle. Second time we have had this type of camper. Great to have the addition of tv, aircon and barbeque. Lots of room and travels well. Easy to park in busy caravan parks, reversing is also easy and steering is light.
Vehicle very well thought out and equipped. Also surprisingly enjoyable to drive.
Minor annoyance was the design of the overhead storage compartments, which prevented full closure of the covers because they easily snag on stored items.
I recommend thorough checking of all of the vehicle features upon collection though as some were not functioning correctly.
e.g Fridge, shower head, and hose adapter missing

The campervan we were provided was brand-new and it worked perfect all the way. The only ting to mention as negative is the sound from the built-in refrigerator. Vibrations whilst running were transferred to the chassis, and made a irritating sound at night.

It was perfect, with all you need inside the campervan
Fridge leaked water and was never very cold. Lovely vehicle to drive and well laid out internally.
The vehicle was generally very good. However, the sliding door could only be partially opened when the awning was in place. I reported this to Maui who were surprised by this. They did refund the extra that we paid for the awning.
We had a great trip and the van was great.

The campervan was easy and pleasant to drive. It was also very comfortable. However the operating manual instructions can be more detailed. We had quite a struggle figuring out where to fill the water. Also the heater was not working and we simply bore the cold. Other than that, we had a fantastic memorable time.

we had a maui van for this trip
we are owners of a motorhome.
we are also travel writers and photographers so liked the small size to access a lot of the areas we needed to get to. the stove and sink together is not a good idea, and the gas knobs are very difficult to clean around in the crevice. the roller shutters for cupboards are very flimsy and dont run in the tracks, there were plastic shavings coming off each time we opened and shut. need to have a doormat!
need a dishcloth and toilet paper.
at least advise if not included.

A couple of small points:- the waste pipe from the vehicle never managed to make it to the site outlet?(not long enough for the job!)
Could not lock the water inlet cap?
Easy to drive and handles very well plus economical fuel wise.
