We also offer an Upgrade Package for an extra $55 per day, which includes great extras in addition to the standard package inlcusions such as:

The renter is fully liable for any damage to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property if:
a) The terms of the rental contract are breached.
b) Damage to the vehicle is caused by careless, wilful or reckless driving
c) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
d) Driving on restricted roads.
e) Water submersion or salt-water damage caused through own fault. In case of any damage to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property a second bond will be collected to cover the excess for any subsequent damage.
Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or access roads and 4WD's are allowed on recognized
4WD tracks. Special terms and conditions apply for travel in the following areas: Cape York, Simpson Desert,
Gunbarrel Highway, Canning Stock Route, Oondnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, the Warburton Road, Tanami Track,
Gibb River Road and any other area in excess of 100 km's from the nearest sealed road. No vehicle is to be taken into salt water. No animals permitted in vehicles. No smoking permitted in vehicles.DIV>
Repairs
Repairs of up to AU$ 100 may be effected without authorisation and will be reimbursed. Amounts above AU$ 100 require approval from KEA on-road assistance.
Vehicle Return
All vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank. Re-fuelling at our depot will be charged at $2.50 per litre of fuel, plus handling fee of AU$15.00.
Payment
A deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of your booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to vehicle collection. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to commencement of the hire, KEA Campers reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. In this case the deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation Fees
Fees below refer to Gross Total not just your deposit:
- 25 days before pick-up - $50.00
- 24 days to 6 days before pick-up - 15%
- 5 days to 0 days and no show - 50%
- If vehicle is returned early - No refund available
Amendment Fees
An amendment fee of AU$30 per amendment is charged when a change to an existing booking is
made. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, the vehicle type,
reducing the number of rental days, changing pick up dates or changing the pick up or drop
off location. Where the number of rental days is being extended, the amendment fee will not
apply.
Multiple Rentals - Minimum of 5 days per Country
Multiple rentals can be combined to qualify for a longer-term rental rate. Australia and
New Zealand rentals can be combined to qualify if travel is within a 12 months period.

Change of Vehicle
If, for reasons beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the
right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no extra cost to the client. This
shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the hirer to any form of refund.
Taxes
All charges include 10% GST and 2.5% Local State Tax. All rates and conditions are subject to
change in accordance with changes in government taxes.
