we really enjoyed our time away in the jucy crib. it was clean and well equiped. Much more convenient than camping or staying in a hotel.
Great for a couple of weeks touring around. Fully functional, good on petrol, bed was comfy too.
everything was ok apart from the cooker, it could have been better, it needed a wind shield and bottle gas would have been better,
Awesome for a short local trip ! Could do with a roll out awning for preparation space in bad weather though. Great to drive and comfy to sleep in.
van was a bit tired but suited the job fine,drives well.
Jucy Crib was very good to us and we loved traveling, cooking and sleeping in her.
Booking was easy via internet and we received a good briefing before taking her on our adventure.

Vehical was so close to being perfect until the back seat struggled to slide back for the last 3 nights but other than that minor but frustrating problem it was great and we much appreciated the free upgrade to a slightly bigger newer crib!

for what we wanted the vehicle was great. Our only gripe was that we got stuck in traffic and did not get back to the yard on the Saturday till just after closing time.
We had a great time and everything was as advertised, thank you!
Positive:
- Good driving characteristics
- Comfortable seats in front and back
- Big fridge and big water tank
- Fuel consumption is not too high
- Two cooking plates
Negative:
- The roof top bed is too small for 2 persons
- Not enough space for luggage
- Comes only with one small pot (not big enough to cook pasta or rice for 4)
--> Great for two persons, okay for three, but too little space for four persons
Van behaves more like a car and not like a big campervan and is therefore more pleasant for long distances.
On the other hand side it is not so much fun to sit inside when it is raining outside. Also you have to open the back to access the cooking place.
Good price/value rating.
Jucy could clean the car inside a bit more before handing it over.
I would rent Jucy Crib again
Was good to drive and had no troubles. Nice and easy to make bed and good to sleep in, the only thing it lacked was same kind of bug net as it was soooo hot to be sleeping with the door and window closed but if they were open we got attacked by bugs.
Small and well organised, just what we needed. It included everything we required for the trip. Comfortable to sleep in.

We hired a 2 person Jucy Crib which was home and transport for 2 weeks. The vehicle was well equipped with all the essentials and everything nice and clean. We felt this was value for money.
very comfortable. We used boxes to store the groceries so storage space is lacking.Camp sites always available for vans.Vehicle used very little fuel and will do it all over again. dvd not working. Table to work on will be good. We were told at the end that we could have hired one from them (too late)
it was what we expected. we went for cheap and practical and that is what we got :)
We rigged up a mosquito net over the back door so we had heaps of air... shudder to think what others do without one
Stephen at Jucy Cairns was brilliant and really made sure we knew our obligations, but without stressing us out.
Generally a good vehicle - a comfortable and easy car to drive. Only problems was with the equipment in the car - first fridge broke within a week, and the one it was replaced with froze everything even on the lowest setting. Would also be more convenient if there was a way for you to connect the vehicle to the power points on campsites.
it was clean, ran good, good on gas, ok sleep at night, got a little hot in the morning.
nice enough, but very smelly on pick up and not nearly as new as indicated in the advertising. Also, the 5 day minimum hire meant it was very expensive to use for just the weekend - would have been far more effective for both parties had the premium been increase for simple weekend use but the 5 day minimum been flexible.
