the vechile was everthing we had hoped for and more and we were quite suprised as to how much the camper came with all we needed were our clothes 10 out of 10
Lots of stuff not working: toaster, waterboiler, back table unstable (had to leave it down) Otherwise great holiday
Great drive. Strong vehicle and good handling.
Ended up with a fairly new Apollo. Very happy with that.
Smooth handing over and return. Easy to drive. 6 berth very spacious for 2 people.
we were upgraded to a 6 berth which was too big for two of us. Spacious yes but too big to drive. I felt the linen had not be washed and had been itchy in the bed that I was in for most of the 6 nights. The cultery had not been washed and dried properly.
Everything worked well and the standard was as can be expected for a budget motorhome. We had a slight problem with a coil not working once but it sorted itself and we were fine after that. We got a 6 bed one instead of the 4 bed one we asked for, but that did not present any big problems.
Excellant
Was good, only little trouble with brakes, but was fine
A real pleasure to use it. The only negative point is the mattress of the bed in the middle which is really uncomfortable for two people.
Our campervan was excellent but we had a problem with the toilet this meant we had leakage from the seals so this had to be dealt at every site we reached. When we returned the van, we were given a $50 refund because of this.
a coffee plunger and organge juicer would be good to be in the van.
Because there were no 4 berth vans we had a 6 berth both times we hired a van. There were a few minor irritations, the table at the front was broken and dangerous as it slid onto the floor, some of the top cupboards would open while driving around and things would fall out, our first van storage of cups etc in a bowl under the sink was not satisfactory, however, overall we had a lovely time touring round NSW.
Great, we were actually upgraded to a 6 birth and we were very happy with it.
We were lucky to receive a 6 berth motorhome instead of a 4 berth.
The motor did run very well and even after ca. 6000 km no worries.
All things were working OK.
Because it was a cheapa one, inside it showed that it was used a lot.
Anyway our trip was great and it was a great value.
I have given the above rating on the first vehicle which broke down twice and had a broken awning and windows which did not open or close properly.
The second vehicle was much better but the water pump did not work at all.
in general good feed back
we were upgraded to a 6 berth
The vehicle was terrific, clean and comfortable. It drove well, and so pleased we hired a GPS!
Fridge kept leaking
Perfect! The only negative point is the maitress or the "puzzle" that you have to do every night.
In all honesty cant really complain about the motorhome- Just a few small things which detracted from our overall experience- Major thing was the DVD/TV not working without mains power- 2 small children on long drives need a dvd, Kettle didnt work and the cabin area was very noisy/rattley when you got over 80km/hr- But for an older vehicle it ran suprisngly well.
When picking up our motorhome and again when dropping off our motorhome we felt that we waited far too long before we were 1) acknowledged and 2) served and once we were served they were very helpful and very pleasent.
It was great value for the price but our van did break down just after we picked it up but was fixed very quickly but also leaked oil luckily husband and son both engineers so noticed it and kept it topped up with oil which cost was then reimbursed.
Good and solid performer. Some of the cupboards looking a bit tired, but for a 4 year old, pretty good.
The vehicle was in good condition but camping chairs were missing and I had to go buy them. Same happened when the microwave stopped functioning one of the days and this required us to spend a lot of time searching for the right stores
Four stars. Some minor maintenance issues were encountered, loose cutains, missing wheel on microwave oven. Overall our experience was positive and we enjoyed the use of the vehicle. Lou & Dan.
WE HAD OIL LEAK PROBLEM WITH FIRST CHEAPA CAMPER WHEN WE ARRIVED IN ALICE SPRINGS THIS WAS REPLACED WITH ANOTHER CAMPER THIS ONE BLEW OUT A PUFF OF GREY SMOKE AND STOPPED BEFORE WE LEFT ALICE SPRINGS THIS WAS REPLACED BY AN APOLLO CAMPER AND OUR HOLIDAY CONTINUED WITHOUT FURTHER HITCH. BRAD AT ALICE SPRINGS WAS GREAT HELP TO US AND WE APPRECIATE APOLLOS EFFORTS IN OVERCOMING OUR PROBLEMS HOWEVER I QUESTION WHETHER IT IS WORTHWHILE FOR APOLLO TO USE THESE OLDER CAMPERS AS EVEN UNDER THE BRAND OF CHEAPA CAMPAS I FEEL THEY DO DAMAGE TO THE REPUTATION OF APOLLO
THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT THIS FEEDBACK

Was fine for what we needed. Be good if it had a coffee plunger with the kitchen equipment. Would be good if windows in back could be opened while driving.
for the price a top vehicle
Was not happy with customer service, when we picked the vehicle up. The vehicle broke down and could not be replaced for 2 days so we lost time on places that we wanted to see. The linen in the 1st vehicle smelled like it had not being dried properly.
We enjoyed our trip in our campervan. The only hassles we had were minor problems such as the handle on the fridge breaking and the fold down bed collapsing a couple of times when we were asleep. Otherwise, the campervan was easy to drive and had all the basics we needed.
We were really happy with the motorhome, we also had a trouble with the level of grey water, the monitor dosn´t work properly, but in general was really good!
No worries!
See you next time!
