Vehicle and accessories were in excellent condition with everything there as described. The handover by the depot staff was great with
appropriate and useful local knowledge. The only areas not making 5 star were 1) the microwave fixtures were not secure and the microwave was moving around. 2) We would recommend the inclusion of a chopping board to avoid the possibility of cutting the formica.
Great camper ,good size ,easy to drive ,but so fiddly to make up beds every night especially the bed above -you will loose a few finger nails trying !! Had rented a 6 berth a few weeks before worth spending the extra money so much more room and air con !!
Ford Transit had a Yellow Transmission warning light problem which cost a couple of hours of lost time- otherwise good vehicle
It was perfect for our needs
Could not have been happier with the vehicle we chose, everything worked as it should have and i found in particular that the 12 volt fridge keep everything cold as we traveled, hence a cold beer on arrival at our next destination.
Every thing was fine few little think did not work right,but we enjoy the trip.
Upgraded to an Apollo 6 berth on arrival. Very pleased with facilities on the vehicle.

The vehicle was nice especially as we received a 6 berth Winnebago which enabled us to keep our beds made up. We did have a drainage problem in the shower and the washing up water returned through the shower bay. We mangaed to fix this by flushing out the blockage with the hose, two sink plugs and a plunger.We did not use the shower so this problem was present when we picked up the van. We did not have a sink plug, tea towels or meat tongs all of which we purchased but were reinbursed for with a genuine appology.
We would be happy to hire again but the delays in both collecting and returning the vehicle was very annoying. There were not enough staff on duty to make the process quick.
Totally loved our trip in the campervan, getting upgraded to a 6 berth for 3 people was pretty luxurious. Only problems we had was learning by trial and error how fast the battery drained at night when camping without plug in power. We were in the dark by 6.30pm the first night, and never managed to have enough power in the morning to keep the water pump going. I was surprised at how easy it was to drive and as long as I stayed away from supermarket carparks I had no trouble at all. Thanks for a very memorable holiday.
the vehicle itself ran beautiffuly, but we were disappointed with how clean things were not. The utensils, crockery, glasses and other stuff was not up to standard. I found the utensils were not cleaned properly, a glass had grease in it and the linen smelt used.we were up graded to a 6 berth whcih ended up being a far too big a vehicle for us to drive and negaciate
We were more than happy with the apollo staff and vehicle... it made our holiday just that bit better

Had trouble with the battery power not lasting
A great choice for family as everything you need is always there just as you leave.. keep in mind the electricity plug in issue if you are staying with friends. We are looking forward to doing it again..
We had a great time in the campervan that we hired. The van was fully equiped and everything worked. I would certainly use these vans again.
