Please find below the cancellation and amendment policies for individual suppliers.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancelling your reservation

• 7+ days from pickup - Loss of Deposit or 20% (whichever is greater)
• Under 7 days from pick up - The deposit isNon Refundable. Plus $200 fee
• Late pick up or early return of the vehicle, no refund applies.

No Show is considered as a cancellation.

Amendments are charged at a rate of AU$50 per change. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pickup dates or locations. No refund will be given on the initial deposit paid.

If an amendment is made to the rental whereby the length of hire is shortened, no refund will be given on the initial deposit amount nor can it be transferred to the balance payable on pick up. In addition, if an amendment is made inside 14 days of pick up, the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked. A relocation fee may also apply if the collection or return location is amended.

All bookings with the above suppliers have cancellation fees up to 45 days or longer before pick-up of loss of Deposit or 20% (whichever is greater)

 If you cancel your reservation less than 45 days prior to pick-up, the deposit is Non Refundable. In addition there is a $100 cancellation fee. A No Show is considered a cancellation. 

Amendments are charged at a rate of AU$50 per change. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pickup dates or locations. No refund will be given on the initial deposit paid.

Cancellation on all bookings 35 days or longer before pick-up : Loss of deposit or $300 (whichever is greater) 

• If cancelling 35-7 days prior to pickup date: $300 or 70% whichever is higher
• If cancelling 1-6 days prior to pick-up date: $300 or 85% whichever is higher
• If cancelling on the day of pickup or you no-show: No refund

Amendments are at Campermans discretion 

You must put any request to Cancel or Amend in writing or we cannot action. The date of the email will determine the following Cancellation fees:

• If cancelled 61 days or longer before pick up = Loss of deposit paid
• If cancelled from 60 to 30 days prior to pick-up = $100 plus loss of deposit paid
• If cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to pick-up = 20% of the rental cost plus $350
• If cancelled 13 to 1 days prior to pick-up = 70% of the rental cost or $600 (whichever is greater)
• If cancelled within 24 hours of pickup or No-Show = 100% (Including any applicable One Way fees)
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days and a No Show is considered as 100% Cancellation.

Note: an amendment of the booking dates or vehicle type after a booking has been confirmed may be treated as a cancellation and the appropriate fees will apply.

• If cancelled 61 days or more prior to pick-up = 20% or deposit paid (whichever is greater)
• If cancelled between 60 to 22 days prior to pick-up = 30% or deposit paid (whichever is greater)
• If cancelled between 21 to 7 days prior to pick-up = 40% or deposit paid (whichever is greater)
• If cancelled between 6 to 1 days prior to pick-up = 70% of Rental
• If cancelled within 24hrs of pick-up or No-Show = 100% of Rental
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days and a No Show is considered as 100% Cancellation.

The cancellation fee period is based on Australian Eastern Standard time.

Note: If vehicle is picked up late or returned early no refund is available for the unused portion of the rental

Any amendments within cancellation time period is subject to the supplier providing permission to amend the travel dates, or cancel the reservation and having to re-book. If a bookings travel dates are amended within the cancellation fee period to be outside of the cancellation fee period and is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation fee for the original booking will apply.

• If cancelled up to 22 days or longer before pick up =20% or deposit paid (whichever is greater)
• If cancelled 1 to 21 days prior to pick up – 50% of the Rental
• If cancelled within 24hrs of day of pick up or no show – 100% of the Rental
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days and a No Show is considered as 100% Cancellation.

• If cancelled 35 to 7 days prior to pick-up = 45% of Rental
• If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick-up = 70% of Rental
• If cancelled within 24 hours of pick up or No-Show = 100% of Rental
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days and a No Show is considered as 100% Cancellation.

• 20% or deposit paid if cancelling 15 or more days before pick up
• Loss of deposit plus $200 fee if cancelling 8-14 days of pick up
• 50% plus $200 if cancelling within 7 days of pick up
• 100% if cancelling within 24 hours of pickup
• No refunds will be given for any booking amendments to the rental dates within 14 days of collection (if the length of hire is shortened) and the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked

Amendments An up to $250 change of booking fee may apply for any changes to same city return bookings within 28 days of the date of pick-up. An up to $500 change of booking fee may apply for any changes to one-way rental bookings within 28 days of the date of pick-up. 

Amendments  outside of 28 days of the date of pick-up are charged at a rate of AU$50 per change. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pickup dates or locations. No refund will be given on the initial deposit paid.

If an amendment is made to the rental whereby the length of hire is shortened, no refund will be given on the initial deposit amount nor can it be transferred to the balance payable on pick up. In addition, if an amendment is made inside 14 days of pick up, the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked. A relocation fee may also apply if the collection or return location is amended.

If Cancelled up to;

• 61+ days prior loss of deposit or 20% whichever is higher.
• 66 to 22 days prior to pick up: a 30% fee applies (minimum deposit + $150)
• 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: 40% fee applies (minimum deposit + $250)
• 6 to 1 days prior to pickup: 70% fee applies (minimum deposit + $400)
• If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% fee applies, no refund.
• If Vehicle is picked up late or returned early: No refund or credit is available.
• The Cancellation fee period is based on Australian Eastern Standard time.
• In the case of postponing the travel dates of your booking and then subsequently cancelling, the original travel dates will be used to calculate the cancellation fees; and
• In the case of bringing forward the travel dates of your booking and then subsequently cancelling, the new travel dates will be used to calculate the cancellation fees.

Please note: If we are required to transport a vehicle to your pick-up location and you fail to show up or cancel your hire, you may be liable for transport costs and associated administration fees

Amendments are charged at a rate of $50 per change. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pick-up dates or locations. No refund given on the initial deposit paid.

If an amendment is made to the rental whereby the length of hire is shortened, no refund will be given on the initial deposit amount nor can it be transferred to the balance payable on pick-up. In addition, if an amendment is made inside 14 days of pick-up, the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked. A relocation fee may also apply if the collection or return location is amended.

If the amendment results in changing the vehicle brand your deposit is not transferable. Where the hire is being extended, the amendment fee will not apply. Please note that amendments may result in the daily rental rate to be recalculated at the rate applicable on the date of the amendment for the entire rental period.

Cancellation fees apply if rental is cancelled:

• Over 30 days prior to pick up date: Deposit plus $200.00 
• Within 7-29 days prior to pick up date: 70% of the full rental charges.
• Within 1-6 days prior to pick up date: 95% of the full rental charges.
• If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no-show 100 % of the full rental charges.

Early Returns or Credits

No refund or credit is given for early returns. The Hirer is charged for the time they book the vehicle, NOT for the time it is used. If a vehicle is left in a location that differs from the stated return address, collection charges will apply. If the vehicle is left in a different city other than that stated as the return city the full cost of recovery will apply.

Amendments are charged at a rate of $50 per change. This applies but is not limited to changing the client name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pick-up dates or locations. No refund given on the initial deposit paid.

Where the hire is being extended, the amendment fee will not apply.
