Rating : 3   Faults with the van were not notified to us prior to leaving the depot. We discovered that the coupling to the grey water waste was broken and had to improvise with a large bucket (supplied).

Rating : 4   We were very happy with this vehicle and the service offered by Britz. There were a few minor faults with cupboards not closing properly but the van itself was comfortable clean and reliable. This is the second time we have used Britz and would not hesitate to recommend them to future customers. We look forward to renting with them in future.

Rating : 3   I liked the campervan set up, the kitchen and the sleeping area. What I did not like were the steps on the side of the passenger seat.They should be at the bottom of the van ,not on the side.It was the first day when we got the van and I was in passenger seat.I wanted to get out and I opened the door and when I steped out I missed the steps and fall streight on the ground.I broke my foot in 3 places and end up in the emergency room. I had to travel with the cast.So it was not the great experience for me.

Rating : 2   Not as clean as I had expected. The TV bracket was broken and the TV fell off the wall.The fire extinguisher bracket also broke and this fell down. The gas compartment door did not lock propely and eventually blew off when a large lorry passed in the opposite direction.

Rating : 1   We were quite disappointed with the vehicle that we picked up from Braybrook, whilst the outside of the van was clean, the over cleanliness of the inside was debatable.We had dirty plates in the cupboard, some even had food left on them and one of the breakfast bowls had dried up milk stuck on it, one of the shelves on the door of the fridge was broken, seats had sand and gritty things on them, the toaster would not stay down and my husband received a rather significant electric shock of the toaster when he touched it only to discover that the toaster had no back on it and wires were exposed an extremely dangerous situation to be put in. The water tank from the previous user had not been emptied and a smell had come up through the sink in the kitchen, when Peter emptied the said tank, very stinky and smelly noodles came out, again very disappointing.

Rating : 3   need attention in side TV didnt work cupboard doors fell of water pump held togther with masking tape.Outside side doors locks impossible to lock. Wasnt happy with the reaction when i reported the tv didnt work ! expected more for $2,500

Rating : 4   Very pleased with vehicle, very roomy and travelled well, also very pleased with service of staff upon pickup and drop off in Darwin.

Rating : 4   Virtually brand new with all modern comforts ... all compactly fitted in. Loved travelling in the Maui!
