Vehicle was fine although pots and pans rattled somewhat - all worked well.
Some things pointed out to the Staff, on return, that needed attention before hire.

layout was little cramped for toilet shower area
The Explorer is very comfortable and spacious. Easy to manoever as well except that its a bit bumpy for passengers sitting at the back. Overall, it is very well furnished with all the basic amenities incl. TV, linen, pillows, sleeping bags,lots of storage space etc.
Had great holiday. Had complimentery upgrade to bigger camper which was great. Good to drive. Did nearly 3000kms in 3 wks. Would have been nice to have written instructions for filling toilet etc. Struggled to get it to flush till we realised how to fill it with water. Overall very good way to see the country
vehicle was ok a bit old. reliability was not a problem, fuel consumption ok for a large vehicle, it was a bit large 5 berth for two people, it was quite comfortable.
more 2 berth mobile homes would be good.

A comfortable vehicle for driving on unfamiliar roads. Contents included everything necessary but did lack storage for outdoor chairs and table.
The car is a little bit heavy,the cover of the motor underneath was loose and scraped sometime on the street 2 screwes wheren`t there. The double bed was quite narrow that ment sleeping very close together.
Maintenance was terrible
The Campervan was truly best way we have ever travelled. It was everything we had hoped for and very comfortable. The layout and facilities provided were fantastic. It travelled well on all roads we travelled and the sleeping arrangements were great.
No problems with the comfort of the vehicle.Vehicle maintenance with regards to sanitation could have been better.Waste outlet from shower hand basin was blocked from previous user and had not been seen to,the tank behind the basin was full of stale waste water,this over flowed in to the shower cubicle etc while driving!
toaster did not work, could not access waste hose, key did not work
The vehicle was an electronic (push button) automatic. I was not given a full instruction as to its use which resulted in the vehicle being changed after the first week. It had stuck in 2 nd gear and the box crashed on changing down into 1st. It turns out that the buttons on the streering wheel were to provide kick down of the gears if needed and that I may have inadvertantly pressed one of these. I complained that the vehicle was faulty and it was changed. I have to say that the response and help was excellent but this could have been avoided. The replacement vehicle was 6 berth but less user freindly. The toilet was full with no santizer added on receipt and there was no water filling hose. The grill was stuck up with a ?plastic substance and burst into flames when we tried to use it. However the vehicle was a very good.
It is my first time going in a campervan holiday. Britz is a very comfortable and really convenient vehicle with all the necessities required for a family.
