The vehicle was easy to drive and easy to prepare for travel.
All the facilities you need. Everything worked though the fridge was a bit noisy at night. Vehicle drove well once you got used to the VW autobox. High mileage so suspension rattled a lot on back roads.
Thank You for our free of charge upgrade to a Merceedes Sprinter, everything about the vehicle from comfort to performance was fantastic.Our only gripe would be the smell that came from toilet/Toilet tank when we picked the vehicle up, it took a while to deodorise.
The long wheel base Mercedes Benz Sprinter was extremely easy to drive, it was very well equiped with everything we needed for our holiday.

Doona too thin for cold nights. Otherwise good. An inventory of supplies would be useful for sorting out what has to go back with vehicle.
A portable step to ease access through side sliding door - we bought one - improved vehicle use for me. great vehicle to drive- very comfortable- very reliable.
The Van was superbly comfortable, and well equipped,and with the extra table and outdoor chairs, we left the bed up, and slid our soft luggage underneath, rather than use the amazing amount of cupboards. We found the staff at the Darwin Depot especially helpful.
Our campervan was clean, comfortable and did everything it said it would do in the brochure. We had a great trip, full of fun and adventure.

I think you need more computers in your office to speed up the sign on process and collection of the vehicle.
Automatic easy 2 drive on long distances. Great size inside. All utensils surplied. Great van. Needed 2 use camper site on alternate nights 2 charge electric, fill water and empty tanks etc. Would have expected a map 2 be attached to van. Handover off van great however once forgotten poor instructions surplied on how 2 use switchs etc in van.

Great all over, plenty of power and great on fuel. Would be good if you had cup holders as dash and area not great for holding stuff.
Vehicle was excellent. Exactly what you see in the video during the self check in / registration. All nicely kept. Would think this is a bit too big for 2 person, probably a hitop for 2 will be sufficient as caravan parks have very good facilities there.
Windscreen leaked but otherwise a good size for our needs.

The main battery ran out of charge and had to be replaced.Maui kept in touch and informed us with information all through this badluck experience.BUT would suggest that the batteries be checked more frequently.Suited 2 adults very well.
The position of the airconditioner was a bit of a design flaw, as it blows directly on to the bed!
Very happy with the way it drove. Bed very comfy and overall, enjoyed living in the van.
The vehicle was in good condition,a few minor faults that one could tolerate,hand brake cover was broken,rear tyres were well worn,waste water hose was to short for most sites and the bucket was to tall to fit under van to catch the waste water,The upside was it was very economical,powerful enough for the job and comfortable to drive.
