Rating : 2   It rained the whole trip which will infulence my response, the rain came in throught the seal in the door. The electicity stopped working one night due to rain and wet. i bailed out a night early but its one of those holidays me and my 2 boys will always remember.
Rating : 3   vehicle should come standard with a 12 volt fan- cheap and only use 5 watts wouldnt hire one without next time
Rating : 3   Vehicle good value and well maintained. Staff excellent. Upholstery on seats in rear dirty Not sufficient venting for stove. Wear and tear becoming obvious.
Rating : 2   This vehicle was very diffucult to drive in strong winds, we were nearly blown into oncoming traffic several times. The standing room when the bed is made up is very limited and the bed was very difficult to get out of. Also the particular van we had DID NOT have a latch on the inside of the back door so if the stove caught on fire there was no way to get the door open from the inside. Also we found it was not as clean as it could have been and the draws did not lock properly and were constantly sliding open.WE Had to Jam rolled up paper in to stop this happening. The people at the agency did not seem to bothered about our report on our return, in fact they would not believe us about the lack of a handle on the inside of the back door and went out to check for themselves and then said "most of them do" no apology for doubting us.I would not hire or drive one of these High top things ever again and have been told they have beeen Banned in America because of being unstable

Rating : 1   engine was fine the interior was terrible !!
Rating : 4   Uses an awful lot of petrol. But otherwise all good.
Rating : 4   Vehicle was great for 2 people as this is what we required - could not imagine 3 in it. Only issue we had was follow up service when we had problems and I have dealt with this on previous feedback and received correspondence that you have dealt with the matter.
Rating : 3   Our Backpacker Nomad 2.5 Berth campervan was economical and reliable. Although limited in space it provided all we needed for our journey from Perth to Broome and back, a journey of 7000kms. You must be able to get on well with your travelling companion though!
Rating : 3   this is a great way to travel and you get your accomadation for the price you would pay to hire a car. Also take the high cover insurance this will save you if there are any problems. great holiday
Rating : 4   The only thing I would say could be improved would be better mattress.
Rating : 4   The only reason it didnt get five stars- The drivers side door did not work for 10 out of 18 day holiday. Was not able to be fixed in Darwin, then had to get to Katherine to get it fixed. A bit of a clunker in the gear box!!

Rating : 3   Exceptional customer service at the Darwin office. Polite.Helpful, Happy and it was busy. With this type of approach to customer service they should be busy. will be back Carl
Rating : 3   Perfect for a couple who are more interested in the view than the van, in the horizon more than the hotel, and in freedom rather than fashion.
Rating : 4   Great little unit for two of us on a short trip. Full praise to your Hungarian ? receptionist at Adelaide, she was really great.
Rating : 5   It was just fantastic. We had a great time, Could have done with a sharp knife and another bread board
Rating : 4   Very enjoyable and covered all of our needs for th etrip.

Rating : 3   OWER CAMPERVAN HAD EVERY THING NEEDED FOR 2 PEPOLE CLEAN AND COMFERTBLE TO SLEEP IN
Rating : 3   No problems with vehicle, clean at pickup.
Rating : 4   Perfect for our needs; compact and well laid out. Everything worked and was clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. One negative, was loft bed sliding around during the day (very steep and winding roads!) and luggage falling on our heads while driving. Nothing to hold bedshelf in place.
Rating : 4   great van. loved the video to start with, really helped.
Rating : 5   didnt have nomad had a britz instead. Booking process excellent and same when we brought camper back. didnt get to use camper facilities as we were staying with relatives at a house and only used it for getting around and sleeping but we would definately like to do a campervan holiday again later and use it properly
Rating : 4   My husband and I hired the 3 person Nomad. The van was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and it was set up good inside with the stove microwave, sink etc. It was also pretty good on fuel.
Rating : 4   the vehicle was was easy to drive and space inside was adequate for 2 people
Rating : 5
Rating : 3   Campervan was great just what we needed for 6 days looking around Cairns - Cooktown, Daintree Cape Trib and Port Douglas. Had everything we needed.
Rating : 3   Pickup was a rather long process, no linen pack was supplied, back in the long line again! Problems on pickup with dead battery this was replaced eventually however it took quite a long time wasting quite a lot of our day. Suggest that fly spray be included or recommended as difficult to remove insects (heaps of then in NT) once in the camper.
Rating : 1   Comfortable to drive a nice high view of the road and oncoming vehicles and all the power you need. And a smooth ride over some west Queensland roads
