Excellent vehicle, well fitted out, ran beautifully.
No drivers manual in glovebox, wingnut to secure table was stripped and did not function from start, no plug for sink, toaster not working. These were minor issues.
we had a great week with our nomad, the bed cushions could be thicker but other than that "everything" was perfect. my wife has a hip problem and coped with the camping aspect easily.

Great for two people. Fridge is small, all appliances worked fine, ample utensils. We used the top bunk mattress and slept reasonably well.
Excellent vehicle for 2 people.. Used the top bed for storage area after unpacking clothes & storing in vacant area under the seats in van. Plenty of power,extremely comfortable seating in front & back, best double bed I have ever slept in.Would hire again. Only problems with vehicle were minor ones which were reported when we returned the vehicle. The gas stove would not stay on,(Switch needed fixing), & the water tank held heaps of water but must have had a leak as we only got a jug of water from it each day. These things were easily fixable by the Company
We had problems with the fridge in the vehicle-it would not stay closed, the door catch needed replacing. The curtains were old but otherwise the vehicle suited our needs and we had a good holiday.

The vehicle I hired was a Toyoto Hiace Campervan, We had trouble with air locks in the water pump as a result having to cart water, was quite inconvenient...
Cruise Control would have been useful for the long stretches of open road.
A courtesy service for transfers between airport/town centre & vehicle depots would be a nice bonus.
During the trip the information booklet was helpful as we had problems with air in the water tank. A damaged chair was readily replaced at another depot. Staff were helpful and polite.The table extension was less useful being stored behind the passenger seat. More hangers for. Clothes would have been helpful.
We felt the option for transport from airport could be a useful and simple addition to your services.
our van was toyota hightop...we were very pleased (and lucky) the van was new! just 7000kms on the clock the service recieved on arrival and departure was proffesional but friendly we would not hesitate to use this service again and recomend to family and friends, eileen
Ample room and a great way to see Australia,would recomend to any couple traveling. Fuel economy was good and very easy to drive. I would suggest not filling the vehicle with lots of unnecessary utensils, we had two kettles, a cafetiere. These were not really needed and there was not much room for food
We had a wonderful time with the campervan though the awning rented with it was not wide enough. As we did not have any problems with the van, I can not rate the service when there are any problems though I am glad with that.
Very efficient, easy to handle, good comfort.
Only thing I would like to suggest is the use of diesel engines instead of petrol versions. (diesel has good torque and more economical fuel consumption)

Vehicle was good but window and door rubbers kept coming off showing a lack of interior maintenance?
was ideal for 2 people, would have been a bit tight if there was 3, but we had a lovely time travelling around in it
It was an excellent vehicle, and very suitable for my son and I as there were 2 beds. We drove from Melbourne to Broken Hill & back, and it was a pleasure to drive. All the gear inside was great too.
We enjoyed the trip thoroughly.

Great vehicle . New. Positive . Reliable . Economical.Felt safe in it . Everything worked . When you left it and locked it ,you new it was locked.
Am really pleased i took the option and didnt get a thrashed out half pie silly wicked thing.
Vehicle was clean, everything worked OK and had no problems. Although the fridge was noisy and we turned it off at night time to sleep. This was OK as nights were cold, but would be a problem in summer. Would we book again - yes!!
easy to handle. very practical. perhaps more introduction (how to fill water? how to connect gas, etc.) when you pick up the vehicle

Cabin comfort good and overall handling was reasonable, but difficult [and possibly dangerous] to drive during moderate or higher speed winds. This combined with poor fuel economy made for slow driving [OK in some areas, but not others]

Comfortable to drive a nice high view of the road and oncoming vehicles and all the power you need.And a smooth ride over some west Queensland roads
Pickup was a rather long process, no linen pack was supplied, back in the long line again!
Problems on pickup with dead battery this was replaced eventually however it took quite a long time wasting quite a lot of our day.
Suggest that fly spray be included or recommended as difficult to remove insects (heaps of then in NT) once in the camper.
Campervan was great just what we needed for 6 days looking around Cairns - Cooktown, Daintree Cape Trib and Port Douglas. Had everything we needed.

My husband and I hired the 3 person Nomad.The van was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and it was set up good inside with the stove microwave,sink etc. It was also pretty good on fuel.
Perfect for our needs; compact and well laid out. Everything worked and was clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. One negative, was loft bed sliding around during the day (very steep and winding roads!) and luggage falling on our heads while driving. Nothing to hold bedshelf in place.
