vehicle was a little tired with a few signs of age and wear/damage. It was very clean and ran well.
Easy to drive. Plenty of storage space. No trouble with fridge, toilet or power. 1 negative was gas bottles were not filled before we took delivery, therefore we ran out of gas unexpectedly. However compensation was made.

The vehicle we hired in Tasmania was great. Lots of room in the front cabin but the passenger seats (dining) cushions kept slipping off and made a real nuisance for the passengers.All in all a great van, would definately hire again.
Gutsy enough to get up some of those steep climbs around Queenstown Tasmania ans smooth care free driving everywhere else aswell
Generally good Some issues with the door lock. Overall nice to drive.
A COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS WE FAULT WITH CAMPERVAN.. HAD TROUBLE WITH IGNITION KEY, A FEW APPLIANCES, COUPLE OF REPORTED FAULTS ETC.
OVERALL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE AND WE HAD A GOOD HOLIDAY.
Neat and tidy. Could do with passenger side arm rest being installed (assume there was one at some stage).
WE had a great time. The vehicle was very nice and and great on fuel.
Easy to drive but we found it a bit cumbersome when we wanted to turn off the highway quickly when we saw something that we wanted to visit. A pity the light over the dining table blew on the second night cos it made reading quite hard. The fittings etc were all satisfactory.
Great service especially at pick-up and intro to vehicle and drop-off. They supplied us with extra blankets.
Air-conditioning, the heating did not work that well, could not control it. At least we had an extra small heater, which was more quieter anyway. Otherwise it all was good.
Enjoyed the vehicle. Water was not drained out from water usage tank, and we noticed this on the very first day when we wanted to wash our first lot meal dishes and the water was not draining out the sink. I then opened the drain tap and the used water from obviously some time before just gushed out for quite a while. We also had not enough water even for one person shower and realized the water system that we were told holds 180L was obviously not full, so we filled it the very next morning and had enough water for the rest of the week.
Car was in good condition and ran problem free
Airconditioner not working
Cushions on seating inside cabin with velcro kept falling off as velcro was very worn.
It was not brought to out attention that the use of the First AId kit would incur a $40 charge. Unfortunatley, we did not take notice of the sticker on the box as we were more concerned with the injury rather than reading a label.
