Very comfortable, safe and reliable. All incidentals required were provided.
Fuel efficient. Husband found good to drive, not top heavey.
Requires pull out auwning from the side of van and storage for suitcases.
Not a particularly gutsy vehicle however it did what we wanted it to do. I would have liked central locking and intermittent wipers (a must in Tasmania!) The van inside was great - everything we needed. I want one!!!!
The vehicle did not drive very well. When one went fast it drove a bit with small shocks. Upon checking with your technical crew they informed us that this normal.
Well maintained vehicle. However needed extention mirrors as cars passing often was an unexpected scare.
Good size for 2 people. Comfortable and great to have the big window at the back for making the most of beautiful scenery when sitting at the table. Suggestions for improvement include:
- encase ladder rungs with soft rubber for climbing up and down with bare feet.
- sound system that allows mp3 CDs to be played or mp3 devices to be plugged in.
- a toiletries holder in the bathroom with a door so that items do not fall out when travelling.
Very comfortable vehicle. Lay-out of the campervan was great and even getting in and out of the bed, using the ladder, was no problem. We will definitely rent this vehicle again as the size is ideal for travel around Tasmania.
The mattress was very comfortable and we loved the large window at the back of the vehicle as when we parked with a nice outlook we felt we were outdoors. One of the locking mechanism for the drawers got stuck - it was the drawer with the instruction booklet it it so that was a problem until we got it unstuck and the top of the cooker came off when we were driving. We loved the solar power which meant we could pull up anywhere.
Vehicle was clean and nice, and serve well for my wife and myself. However, the hand brake was not effective hence had to engage the gear when vehicle was put on stop. Eventhough the water heater was on, the water was just luke warm. Other than that the vehicle was good.
The booking, pick-up and returns were very well organised and simple to manage. The vehicle itself was well equiped and served our purpose extremely well.
The vehicle was find inside, clean and everything was covenient. There were some problems with the engine which we reported when we returned the vehicle at the end of our holiday.
Vehicle was great.Not problems at all.Will be back to rent again.
Great little unit. Would do it all again. Could not fault this vehicle. May be reversing sensors would be a good idea. Very had to see what is behind but other than that Im one happy camper
Fantastic vehicle to explore the tasmanian country side. Dealing with Hertz was easy the staff were a wonderful help and extremely pleasant

We enjoyed it being cold but not sure whether it would be suitable for hot weather.
Great value for money. Had all that we required plus more - i.e. TV/DVD player, etc. Comfortable for the 8 days that we traveled. Easy to drive and handled quite well on the winding & hilly (but good) roads.

we enjoyed the experience of staying in the vehicle, it was all working well. the bed was comfortable, and they is enough bedding when you buy the pack. it was well stocked of things you need and we found it plenty of room. it drove well, even in snowy weather and had no mechanical problems at all. my suggestions would be,the toilet and shower were quite noisy when you used them and the rungs on the ladder could use a bit of padding as they hurt your feet when you climb on them to get into bed.over all A+
Our vehicle was in good condition, very clean & it drove very easily, Martin was familiar with large vehicles, Marilyn was not, however became familiar with vehicle quickly. Would have preferred diff configuration as sleeping conditions over cabin a little cramped!
Inside was amazing never thought it would be so modern and neat, there was everything you needed, would use Hertz again without question.
Vehicule not too powerfull because the wieght of the campervan, but inside feeting really excellent , appart the table which will be more practicle if it will be removable.
Over all very good.
The vehicle was clean and in a very good condition. However the mattress in the cab over was not wide enough for two.
For the other bed in the rear the upholstery was not matching.
The vehicle had everything we needed for a great holiday. We have told many people about how good it was.
This campervan drove well , was reasonably economical and well fitted out. I was particularly impressed by the comfortable bed and the top quality bedding. I was very snug.

the water tank was a bit light on, not enough capacity, the whole campervan experience took some getting use to for first time users the first few days were a bit rough but thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day trip once we got used to it.
Good engine size for vehicle weight.
Stable on the road and comfortable to travel in.Reasonably economical.
Well laid out in the van. Good use of space. Really enjoyed experience.
Would definitely hire again.

Campervan was clean - easy to drive, and very well equipped with the neccessities - it was a very enjoyable way to see Tasmania.
Perfect. only improvement would be a reversing camera
Campervan was great, just didnt like the toilet in the shower would have prefered them separate or no shower and just a toilet would have been fine
Only problem was with getting in and out of the dinning seating as the distance between the chairs and table was too narrow.
Would also be nice if you had a pull awning of the side of the campervan to allow for some cover is seating outside.

Otherwise everything else was great.
Having the shower and toilet was a great option. it meant that we did not need to go to a camp ground to freshen up, and did not need to find coins for showers!!
everything was really tidy, and well presented, and the vehicle handled well too.

surprisingly good power considering the size of the attached camper. overall happy with the vehicle performance. Found the seats in the cab very cold in Tasmania in August!
the only thing that could have been better would have been some sort of van heating .I understand a heater is available if at a camping ground ,but away from same it did get------ cold at night

Motor wise the vehicle drove very well. I found the staff extremely helpful with bookings and pickup of vehicle. So glad we upgraded to give us the extra room.Had a wonderful trip around Tasmania.
My only disappointment was with the bedding. The mattress was uncomfortable and a bit mouldy when we turned it over and the pillows were hard. I would like to see fitted sheets supplied for easier bed making.

if the table could be positioned along the back wall to make it easier getting in and out of the seat
little sugar,salt,pepper,dishwashing packs would be handy
if planning not to stay in caravan parks a list of free stays,dumppoints and especially places where to fill up water tank would be helpful.thanks again
The car was very economical in relation to fuel and it was very confortable.

Loved the vechicle, good ecomony considering the load it is carrying, enough power for touring. Internal of van good for two, everthing worked well except TV needs a set top box for better reception. Two fold up chairs would have been handy.
Compact , but adequate for a short trip of 5days. The campervan was easy to drive,with good acceleration, especially uphill on the western national park routes.
Vehicle was upgraded by Hertz to include shower and toilet.The condition and facilities provided exceeded my expectations.
The vehicle was easy to use and went well for the power
A better radio aerial due to it can not be raised all the way up.
Only one problem was the hand on the frying pan gets very hot and could cause a burn.
The vehicle was very good and well mainatained even though it had done over 80,000 ks. Would have preferred one with less ks for comfort.
We enjoyed the motorhome, easy to drive,excelent service and assistance.We will be hireing another on out next trip.cant get over how easy everything worked out .
