Rating : 4 it was a great design for the small amount of space of a van.
the only improvement i can think of is the cutlery draws and cupdoard doors would open by themsleves whislt the vehicle was moving on the road. other than that, again good design for limited space.
cheers

Rating : 3 The vehicle was fine but i had some problem with backup service when the fridge was OOS it was explained to me you had a staff issue which effectively cost me 3 days and a lot of aggro which you did try to compensate me for,but your staffing should not have affeted me.Also cruise control would be a blessing next time i hire also it may save your vehicles a bit of wear. Thanks
Rating : 2 We found this vehicle a little to small nowhere to hang any clothes and you needed to stand outside the vehicle to see into the fridge and the cupboards - have had better designed vehicles before. The comfort in the cabin was fine and vehicle traveled well.

Rating : 4 We found the Apollo Hitop 2.5 berth to be a very comfortable alround campervan for two small size adults. We have hired larger vans but found the size cumbersome in some situations compared to the Hitop. Recommend it as a good all round veichle.
Rating : 4 Nice modern vehicle and good service from the local agent in Alice Springs when we had a stone crack the windscreen.
We did hire older campervans in both Australia and New Zealand - and they we of course cheaper!

Rating : 4 vehicle excellent to drive. option to hire an esky would have been excellent as no facilities provided to keep drinks cold. A door mat also was needed.
Rating : 5 Very comfertable, new campervan.
Everything was very clean...
Rating : 4 Performed well in all conditions
Rating : 4 Vehicle performed well. I had to be conscious of low tree branches etc given the height of the van. We struggled with the table inside the vehicle but everything was good.
Rating : 5 Vehicle was a pleasure ,however humming sound from under seat was irritating during night hours.
Rating : 4 A delight to drive in terms of responsive steering, turning circle and rear vision for this type of vehicle. Size and location of the fridge was a drawback but not sure how this can be overcome without sacrificing storage space etc. Double bed was comfortable and cross ventilation was also more than adequate. The third bed, which was utilised by our 11 year old grandaughter, was given the thumbs up by her but was a bit of a pain to assemble on a daily basis. However, given the cost of upgrading to a larger campervan, it certainly served its purpose. Cooktop, sink etc worked well so no complaints in this department.
Suggest that a longer water hose is warranted. Our hose was two to three metres in length. This was inadequate for most of the sites we had at various caravan parks. This was in terms of the location of their taps relative to the cement pads and the location of the inlet on the van. Another 1-2 metres would have been usefull. Tap fittings were provided but no adapter for the larger diametre thread on some caravan park taps. Only one other comment; the instruction manual in the van, while it provided information on the location of the 240 volt inverter, did not include the location for this particular van. For some reason one of our appliances caused the inverter to trip out so it took a while and a phone call to your help line to eventually find out that it was located under the bed.
