Passenger seating inside Ford van uncomfortable whilst travelling. Cushion on seat kept sliding and it was generally noisy. Problems with toilet not encountered before.(Smelly)Water tank feeder pipe came loose - badly designed. Otherwise quite adequate for 4 adults touring - storage, cooking etc.
The Vehicle was presented in excellent condition. It ran beautifully and was batter than we all imagined
All was great except we could not use the toilet as there was blue fluid running out of the toilet.
Upgraded to Apollo 6 berth for both our bookings. Apart from first vehicle breaking down we can not fault the other vehicles.
Enjoyed the camper van holiday. Some aspects of camper need improvements. Table at the back very insecure and difficult to make into bed.Window mesh difficult to take in and out and not good for passengers in back to look out from.

Bloody marvelous !! Except...might need to check wheel alignments from time to time, drove to uluru from sydney with the steering pulling to the left, other than that, the best way to travel !!
We actually ended up with a 6 berth Ford Transit, not the Euro Tourer, which was a lot bigger than we required, but it was excellent all round. Lots of space, easy to drive, and park[reversing camera].
It really lacked for nothing. There were a few minor issues which we discussed with the staff in Sydney, but otherwise fine, we would use your campers again.

Easy to driv over long distance - only suggestion is that it needed cruise contol. Very well appointed, comfortable with heaps of storage space. All the necessary cooking equipment provided.
Got off to a bad start, with our van stopping on us in the city. A replacement was given. Very happy with the campervan, we had five adults and everyone was happy

We actually got up graded and had a 6 berth appollo, which was great. Almost new campervan and all worked really well.
The campervan was nearly brand new!!Spotlessly clean, everything we needed was provided.Easy collection and drop off, staff very helpful. Glad we got the sat nav.

Wonderful vehicle! We were the first to use it which was great! The only bad thing was that the cups that we received did not fit into the holders provided because of their handles. This caused a lot of noise while we drove and we were constantly worried about the cups breaking.
A Great Van! We have hired vans before but the layout of this one was fantastic and suited our needs. It was easy to drive and the team at Apollo were exceptionally helpful. The only downside was the very thin summer weight doonas provided. If using one of these vans during the winter months, I would highly recommend asking for extra doons/blankets. Booking the van was extremely easy through Discovery and overall we had a great holiday.
rear seat passengers have limited view out
We booked the euro cruiser 3 berth but ended up with the 6 berth which was fantastic! Plenty of space to sleep, relax of an evening and watch the TV/DVD player and enough space for clothes etc. Well kitted out in terms of cutlery, utensils, cups etc.
The only thing we were disappointed with was the shower as the water ran out very quickly and it was not very powerful. Other than that we had a brilliant time and would recommend it to others.

when we returned the campervan at perth, the lady who welcomed us rather unpleasant and a bit aggressiv. otherwise, we had a great time

Only negative is the lack of facility at the hire centre to empty water and toilet.
It was the first time we have had a campavan, new experiences, and even though it rattled, and a few things a miss, we had a ball. highly recommended. great to bring the family together pick up time was a little overdone 3and a half hours! four kids waiting was a little stressfull, keys not working in outside storage and a few things missing or broken, but all down to experience.
We were very satisfied with the campervan just a few minor faults, ie. one of the clips securing the awning was missing and the table to the front of the van wasnt secure and kept sliding about when the vehicle was moving and in the end came off the runner and the table leg broke.
The vehicle was easy to handle and cosy to live in.
We would suggest to improve the interior of the cupboards (some hooks to tie things up and some elastics to maintain grocery stores or such while driving)and the windows, which could not be tightly shut when driving, so they banged. The rest was very nice and we keep lovely memories of our motorhome holidays.
Overall, the vehicule is well equipped and interior arrangement is good.
May be installing more curtains for privacy of the sleeping area at the back would be a good idea.

We were disappointed that when we collected the van we were advised to have two tyres replaced while we were on our holiday - we would have preferred this to have been done before we collected the van. Otherwise, we were very happy and had a great holiday.
In fact we had a 6-berth van, as no 3 berth was available. For a rental van it was great. We had everything we needed, almost everything worked (the awning was faulty with some fixings missing)and it was more than comfortable. It would be great if the noise levels could be reduced. The vehicle is noisy when travelling, and the water pumps are noisy too, especially in the middle of a campground at night. It was great fun though and a great experience which we plan to repeat.
the fridge did not work when we first got the vehicle and consequently needed the electricals to be fixed on the road. then the door did not seal properly so we had to jemmy it shut the whole time. Perhaps maintenance checks could be improved on the equipment.
